When you send an enquiry or request a consultation through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, project location and postcode, the type of project and any message you choose to include.
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for your consultation, and to discuss your project with you.
Your enquiry is stored securely in the database that runs this website, and a copy is sent by email to our studio team so that a member of the studio can respond. We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry details for any purpose other than responding to you and your project.
We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to understand how our website is used and to measure enquiries. These analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie notice. If you choose Decline, they are not set.
Your choice is remembered in your browser so that the notice does not reappear on every page. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser, after which the notice will be shown again.
Our Client Experience Centre is a private area for invited clients. When you enter with your invitation code, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in while you view your project material. This cookie is necessary for the private area to work and is not used for analytics or advertising.
Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, please email studio@coxjonesinteriors.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
