Concept
A Mediterranean leisure villa where the bar room, leisure centre and heated pool read as one continuous, shaded space — designed for a Middle Eastern family to arrive straight into summer after a winter completion.

Considerations
A tight winter-to-summer handover for overseas clients, integrating Control 4 home automation, electronically controlled curtains and blinds, Italian lighting, and a heated marble pool within a single cohesive leisure environment.
